Delivery Models

The march of technology has made world a global village. The entire globe has become one huge market place where borders and barriers have lost significance. In conformity with this trend Xminds has adopted delivery models that satisfies the needs and aspirations of the customers without in any way compromising the quality of the end product. The delivery models that are being followed at present are; ISDM (In Situ Delivery Model), ESDM (Ex Situ Delivery Model), HDM(Hybrid Delivery Model )and FDM(Fusion Delivery Model)

ISDM (In Situ Delivery Model)
When Project scope is not clearly defined, or a project is open-ended and iterative in nature, we use an In Situ Delivery Model where work is performed at the client premises. Throughout the assignment our consultants report to an onsite project manager and also report back to our offices on a regular basis. Among the services provided by an onsite consultant are: project requirements capturinge and technology assessment, creating functional specifications, design, coding, testing, maintenance and support

ESDM (Ex Situ Delivery Model)
This model is suitable with for projects with a definite plan. The project is executed by the best brains of Xminds at their own backyard. The client maintains managerial oversight and stays abreast of project advancement through regular face-to-face progress updates.

HDM(Hybrid Delivery Model )
Xminds hybrid delivery model combines In situ and Ex situ Delivery models for superior results at highly reduced costs. Typically, the discovery and planning stages of a project are executed onsite at the client's office. The subsequent development and support phases are the carried out ath the development center of Xminds. The hybrid model maximizes efficiency in terms of both resources and costs. Proven strengths of hybrid delivery include near-24 hour work cycles; project teams with broadly based skill sets; lower costs for resources and an ability to quickly scale up or down to reflect changing project requirements.

FDM(Fusion Delivery Model)
This model gives the customer a free hand to decide on choosing the best possible course of action. In this model, the team at Xminds works as an absolute extension of customer's information systems team. While Xminds manages day-to-day operations, the customer is in direct control of the team and is responsible for its delivery. He can decide on shifting the team In Situ or Ex Situ depending upon the exigencies of the situation.
