Team X

TeamX or eXtended Team is a unique staff augmentation service offered by Xminds in response to ever changing sourcing needs .The need to find technically capable resource at par with the pace with which technology adoption happens has always been a headache with most IT companies. The TeamX allows you to seamlessly extend your team in conformity with your resource requirements. TeamX can act as an extension of your existing team working in tandem with your resources or it can even act as a self sustained independent unit catering to your needs.

The resource management model of TeamX is designed in such a way that you will never realize the geographical separation of your extended team. The service of TeamX will give you the flexibility to take on your resources and technical challenges with minimum delay and cost effectiveness

We have successfully implemented both models of TeamX namely Independent unit and Interlinked unit with clients across the globe. In the former model entire development team will be from Xminds, typically only one report to person from the client side. This model best suits scenarios like product development in which client will be the business owner of the service and the TeamX will be working on the project according to specifications.


The latter model is more suited for long term resource outsourcing projects in which client’s team will be working along with TeamX in development efforts. The effort distribution and resource distribution and level of reporting will be decided by the client. Xminds will be sending detailed time log for each resource of TeamX so that client can track the resource utilization effectively
